1What we record
When you visit, our server records each page you load: the time, your IP address, the address of the page, the page that linked you here, and your browser's user agent. If JavaScript is on, your browser also sends your screen size, the links you follow to other sites, and how long you stayed on a page.
When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, topic and message, with the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent.
When you submit a talk proposal, we store everything in the form, and every version of it if you change it later, each with the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent.
2What we do with it
We use the visit records to count visitors and see which pages are read. We use messages to reply to you. We use proposals to choose the programme: organisers give each one a score and notes.
If your talk is accepted, we publish your name, organisation, bio, talk title and abstract. We never publish your email address or your notes to the reviewers.
5How long we keep it
Everything is stored on our own server. We have not set a time limit yet; we will say so here when we do.
6Seeing or deleting your data
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to hello@snowxa.com. You can change or withdraw a proposal yourself with its private link.
